Tropical Storms

This Flash movie shows the tropical storm seasons around the world. Run the mouse over the month buttons to see which areas are subject to tropical storms and their names.

I took the seasons from the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory site so they should be fairly accurate but, as always, you use the program at your own risk. Tropical storms do sometimes occur outside of the seasons. The exact size of the storm area is approximate and is there just to give you a guide.
